1. Introduction
This Privacy Policy describes how True Plan (also known as Listing Trueplan) (“the App”) handles information. The App is published by Ingold Group Properties, LLC, doing business as 5K Realty. Scanning and listing work stay on your device. We do not operate a backend that receives your floor plans or scans.
2. On-device sensors
The App uses LiDAR/depth camera, camera, and motion/orientation on your iPhone (Apple RoomPlan / ARKit) to measure rooms and build a 3D shell. Sensor frames are processed on device. We do not upload live camera or LiDAR streams to our servers.
3. Data on your device
Listing data, measurements, USDZ models, and PDF packets stay on your device (and device backups) unless you share them via the share sheet (AirDrop, Messages, Mail, etc.).
4. Living area
Living-area (sq ft) figures are approximate marketing estimates, not a survey, appraisal, or official MLS measurement. You must verify and disclose as required.
5. No tracking SDKs
The developer does not collect scan or listing content for analytics or ads. The App does not include third-party advertising or tracking SDKs. Apple processes App Store purchases under Apple’s privacy policy.
6. Purchases
Subscriptions are billed by Apple. Manage or cancel in Apple ID → Subscriptions.
