True Plan / Listing Trueplan Terms of Use

1. Agreement

By using True Plan / Listing Trueplan, you agree to these Terms. Publisher: Ingold Group Properties, LLC (5K Realty).

2. The App

LiDAR-based 3D models (USDZ) and listing materials (living-area schedule, PDF). Furniture is typically stripped; doors, windows, and stairs are kept when RoomPlan captures them.

3. Device requirement

Requires a LiDAR iPhone (12 Pro or later class) supported by Apple RoomPlan.

4. Free and Pro

Free: 1 listing, 3 rooms, watermarked PDF; Free can share USDZ with a Free note.

Pro: unlimited listings/rooms, clean (unwatermarked) PDF, living-area schedule for MLS marketing (subject to your verification/disclosure).

5. Subscriptions

Auto-renewable via Apple: listingtrueplan.pro.monthly and listingtrueplan.pro.yearly. Manage in Apple ID → Subscriptions. Yearly may include a 7-day free trial if offered. Prices shown in the App Store may vary by region.

6. Estimates — not a survey

LiDAR sq ft is an approximate marketing estimate — not a survey, appraisal, or official MLS figure. You must verify independently and disclose as required. We are not responsible for listing inaccuracies from unverified output.

7. Disclaimer & liability

App provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties and limit liability as described for consumer software; Apple is not responsible for maintenance/support. These Terms are between you and us, not Apple; Apple is a third-party beneficiary entitled to enforce them.
